Email Problem
We are having email problem in which the server is not sending and receiving the emails from anywhere. There is currently a problem with the mail server, we are investigation this issue and It will be resolved soon.
UPDATE: The problem is fixed. but the problem with sending emails to hotmail is still exist and we’re trying to solve It asap.

Sorry If you experience connection problems...
Mercury experienced a short period of downtime today. It is not clear what caused it, as there was no evidence in logs, but we believe the server was under a DOS attack. These attacks can strike parts of the server at anytime, so they are super hard to prevent. We will take further steps to try and migitate them in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Security update & backups
Please ensure you have a secure password. Recently, some accounts have been compromised due to weak passwords. Use at least one special character (!, @,#) or numbers to keep your account safe. If you also see any files that you did not upload, please delete them and change your password! Yesterday, we took backups of everyones sites to an external drive. Possible server move! [Mercury]
Dear Clients, We may move servers ONE last time. Due to some problems with Mercury and the datacenter, we don’t want to continue with it anymore. However, don’t worry, because the server move won’t be as messy as our last one! It will be much quicker and there will be minimal downtime. Guaranteed!
